Payment may take 10 to 15 business days to become effective. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your payment.

Important!

  • Any bank transfer made from outside Spain must include 20 USD additional to the total amount transferred. (This additional expense covers the commission charged by the intermediary banks.) In case the participant does not pay these bank fees, the registration will be incomplete.
  • European Union citizens interested in paying in Euros can make the transfer in this currency using the EUR-USD exchange rate in effect on the day the transaction is made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

If you can not attend the Congress, and can not transfer your registration to another person, you can request a refund of your registration fee to the congress. This requires that you send us a written request via email. The amount which will be returned will depend on the date we receive your request. There will be NO exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy due to travel issues, natural disasters, or others.

Refund policy

If you submit the refund request up to 60 days before the first day of the congress, we will refund 80% of the registration fee.

If you submit the refund request between 60 and 30 days before the first day of the congress, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.

If you submit the refund request within 30 days before the first day of the congress, you will not receive any refund.

It will take 2 to 4 weeks to process your refund.
